Q: What is your design process?

Q: What are your typical turn around times?
A: Turn around time differs for each project. For more information, please see my brand process here, or contact me to discuss!

Q: Do we meet in person to start my project?
A: Yes and No.
If you live in the Toronto area we can definitely meet up. If however, you prefer to speak over the phone that can be arranged as well.

Q: Do you help with printing my branding material?
A: Absolutely. I have amazing printers that I work with and would be happy to facilitate the process for you. We can work that into your individual package when we connect.

Q: Can you fill in for our designer when they are away? 
A: Yes. I can fill in for your in-house designers when they are away or unable to work on your project. Please contact me to discuss pricing.

Q: Can you do small jobs or one-off’s?
A: Yes. Small businesses or entrepreneurs often send me their smaller jobs (pamphlets, banners, logo alterations, direct mail revisions, etc.) so they can focus on completing their larger initiatives.

Q: We require many marketing pieces to be created over time. Would you be able to work out a payment plan specific to our needs?
A: Of course! Contact me and we will work something out.
